Rules & Regulations

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your film to the competition section of the festival.

Regulation for International 'Politics of BODY' competition section

  • The competition is open to all national and international participants.
  • Each participant can send 3 different entries, but with separate entry forms.
  • Entrant will allow usage of clips from the film for promotional use on television, radio, in print, and at live Festival events
  • The copy right issue would be the responsibility of the participants not the Festival.
  • The final selection of all films and their placement in the program of the festival is the responsibility of the festival.
  • The films that meet the following conditions may be eligible to attend the festival:
  • Films that have not been directed by an under 18 year old person.
  • Films that have been shot, in whole or in part, by a mobile device.
  • Films that have not had prejudiced content such as racism, sexism, homophobia, ageism, fundamentalism, fascism, etc.
  • Films that do not exceed 10 minutes.
  • Films with dialogues have to be submitted by English subtitle.
  • Films will be uploaded to the FTP address:

FoneFilmFestival Regulation for High School Students 'KANKA/GOMMA Stories' competition section

  • The competition is open to all high school students.
  • Each participant can send 3 different entries, but with separate entry forms.
  • Entrant will allow usage of clips from the film for promotional use on television, radio, in print, and at live Festival events
  • The copy right issue would be the responsibility of the participants not the Festival.
  • The final selection of all films and their placement in the program of the festival is the responsibility of the festival.
  • Films will be uploaded to the FTP address:

The films that meet the following conditions may be eligible to attend the festival:

  • Films that have been directed by a high school student.
  • Films that do not exceed 3 minutes.
  • Films with dialogues have to be submitted by English subtitle.
